Return Policy:
We strive to make sure our customers buy the right product the first time, so if you are unsure please call us. We would rather solve your issue in advance than have to deal with unnessecary returns. Just more efficent and less expensive for all involved. In fact we have almost no returns, only a few exchanges. This is great because it means we are better educating our customers on their overall needs.
Our return policy is that we will take normal stock returns within 14 days of purchase with a 25% restocking fee. We will take special order part returns within 14 Days with a 50% restocking fee (Often the Deposit on Order). We will make exchanges and give store credit up to 30 days from purchase.
All returns Require an RMA:
Please call 1-800-796-1990 to have RMA issued. Once product is received and inspected we will issue proper credit. Damaged or abused products will be returned to customer with no credit given.
