UTC 2412 B USA TRAILER CONVERTER

UTC 2412 B USA TRAILER CONVERTER is a direct electrical interface between 24 Volt European highway transport tractors and 12 Volt American trailers. Its enclosure houses 6 individual circuits capable of supplying a total of 800 Watts at 12 Volts to power both the ABS system and various lightning circuits of a trailer. IT IS DESIGNED INTERFACE BETWEEN THE STANDARD TRACTOR AND TRAILER CONNECTORS AND DOES NOT REQUIRE HARD WIRING.

UTC 2412 B USA TRAILER CONVERTER is compact and light, weighing only 15 pounds. It is flat and can be easily mounted to either the tractor chassis or the front face of the trailer.

UTC 2412 B USA TRAILER CONVERTER is easy to connect. It has two standard 7 pin receptacles - one each for input and output. UTC 2412 B internally distributes power replicating the electrical commands of the tractor - making the tractor appear as a 12 Volt vehicle to the trailer.
