Genesis Supreme installing RV rooftop solar panels

Genesis Supreme solar panel system

Picture from Genesis Supreme of Fifth wheel camper

Some of the Genesis Supreme campers and fifth wheels come pre installed with a solar panel installed on the roof. Many of them use the 190 watt solar panel and the Go Power PWM 30 solar controller. This can be found on the Rev 1/22 manual on page 127 (Chapter 11 Page 9).

Depending on your roof space and how many panels you have already installed, it may be possible to add additional solar panels to your Genesis Supreme. The 30 amp controller is capable of handling around three 200-watt solar panels.

Adding solar to your Genesis Supreme RV

If you don’t already have solar panels installed or want to add a solar panel to your exisiting array, here are a few 190 watt panels that may help.

190 Watt panels are a great RV size and foot print

For years we sold the Go power 190 high quality solar panels. This robust size was powerful yet had a great form factor.

With Go Power panels you know you will get what you pay for. They are a little more exspensive and the quality is there to support the price.

Maybe save a few dollars with another RV solar panel brand.

There are always different panels that you can choose to build your solar array from. Always consider price versus quality. Solar panels are things you really don't want to have to replace. It is a pain, so choose what works for your RV or off-grid array.
