Shipping

We mainily ship inside the United States. Please call our offices with special shipping request. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We use the following services to ship our products:

  • United Parcel Service (UPS)
  • United States Postal Service
  • Federal Express
  • Fedex Ground
  • Various Freight Companies
  • Speciality Shipping & Hotshot Companies

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

All packages over $250 will require a direct signature. Please discuss with your sales rep regarding scheduling to make sure someone is available to receive the package.


Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Please know that we use several warehouses to fulfil our orders. It is possible that a large order may have several shipments and tracking numbers for the entire kit. If you have any concerns please do not hesitate top call us at 1-866-574-4983. We are normally in the office M-F 8-5 CST. Although we often answer calls outside of these hours as well.

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of order for a refund for the cost of the product.  All products must be new in the box condition and uninstalled.  Power Inverter install kits are non-returnable if cable is cut for fuse install. Any ice chests or refrigerators that have had food may not be returnable except in warranty issues for repair.. An RMA is required for all returns, any returns sent without a valid RMA number will not be accepted for return. Please call 1-866-574-4983 to request an RMA. All products sold are not guaranteed to work for any specific application. There may be a restocking fee of 25% to 50% assessed by Outside Supply.  Special order products are subject to the higher restocking fee or may be non returnable due to their specialized nature. All fixed cellular terminals that are purchased under contract must be canceled with the cellular provider prior to requesting an RMA.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
