How to Glam Up My RV Spot

Oh, glamping, how I love thee!

When it comes to RV camping, glamming it up on the outside is what it’s all about. Setting up camp is so much fun when you have the little extras. There are a few must-haves to get started.

You must have that outdoor carpet for function and style. A low-maintenance rug is best suited here. You want something you can sweep off, and if the need calls for it, you can also hose it off. You want a place to relax, read a book or have fun conversations. The rugged area is also what you might consider the mud room. The place where you might take your shoes off so as not to track dirt into the RV.

The seating you choose for your outdoor space sets the tone. We are talking rockers, camp chairs, floor pillows…what’s your style? The possibilities are endless. Whatever direction you go, make sure you choose something comfortable enough that you would want to spend time out there. Being outside is the reason we camp, after all.

Every RV and campsite needs to have lighting. You can choose traditional lanterns to light up your space, or you can glamp it up. All you need to go next level is LED string lights. String lights automatically turn any outdoor area fun.

The games are the last thing you need to bring your camping spot to the top of glamp mountain. Cornhole is usually at the top of everyone’s list. Other good ones include ladderball, Jenga, and spikeball. If you want something less active, board games and cards are great choices.

Grab a drink and pick a seat. This is camping y’all!
